Transcript requests must be made in writing by the student. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

You have two options:

  1. Complete a Transcript Request Form
  2. Write a letter or send a fax (see below). Include your Student ID Number, birthdate, and signature. Include the address of where to send the transcript and any other important information. Mail your request to us:

    When mailing your request or any other form to the ZCU, please clearly mark your return address on the envelope.

There is no charge for one (1) transcript per year. Each additional transcript request is $5.00.

To pay the transcript fee, students may include payment with the request by check or money order OR students may pay by credit online through their Populi account.

Please Note: Transcripts will not be released if there are any financial obligations. Once the accounts are settled, transcripts will be released. If necessary, please contact the Financial Office to settle your account.
