Zion Christian University admits students of every race,
color, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and
activities generally accorded or made to students at the school. We do not
discriminate on the basis of race, color, national or ethnic origin in the
administration of our educational policies, admissions policies, or any other
school policies or programs.
However, applicants must profess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior in
order to be admitted into Zion Christian University. The University was founded
to educate the Body of Christ and therefore retains the right to deny admission
to any applicant that does not evidence, to the satisfaction of the University,
a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ.
Admission to Zion Christian University is available to those who meet the
following entrance requirements:
- Graduated from high school (home school, Christian, or public) or able
to present a Certificate of Eligibility demonstrating successful completion
of the General Education Development (GED) test. International students must
provide proof of equivalent academic achievement.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
- Completed Admission Application and Fee.
- Provided a recommendation from a member of the clergy.
- Submitted Clergy Recommendation.
Applicants who do not have a high school diploma or GED diploma and are at
least 21 years of age may be considered for acceptance under special status.
If accepted, those of special status will be on academic probation and must
maintain a 2.0 grade level on a 4.0 scale during the first year of study to be
removed from academic probation.
